“I want to be slim” I hear you say, otherwise you wouldn’t be here.

But thinking and dreaming isn’t enough.

  • You have to WANT to follow an eating plan-otherwise you might not be eating a balanced healthy diet, it’s not helpful just to count calories or points sins etc
  • You have to make the EFFORT to fill in a food diary-this helps me to help you and you will also see patterns of behaviour emerging from doing this.
  • You have to make the TIME to be more active-just taking a 20min walk per day will make a big difference
  • You have to ACCEPT you are not perfect and it’s about balance not cutting things out and becoming obsessive about exercise or what you are cant/can’t eat. You can eat anything in moderation. Understanding why you reach for food is key and this is what WOW will help you with
